This is the story behind my name. Let's start with who picked my name. The people who picked my name was my mum Clare and my dad Austen. They picked the name from a long list with lots of other names, one of which was Luke.
My first name does not have any personal or cultural meaning to my family but my second name Harry does because it is the name of my great uncle Harry.
If I was going to be a girl my name would be Isla. My family does not have any nickname for me but my friends do and it is Sam, just a smaller version of Samuel. I like my name it was my favourite from the long list. I learnt that my second name Harry was after my great uncle Harry and I'm glad I'm not a girl
